For business ideas, an owner could live in this apartment as the penthouse and hold events or classes on the rooftop with access from the terrace.  Or they could Rent the space for events or classes.  Previous pricing has been $400 USD for 2 hours, $600 for 4 hours, $800 for 6 hours, $1,000 for 8 hours. Alternatively, an owner could keep the space as it currently is as a public event space, but exclusively use it for their own private events. Another combination is converting  the massage room back to a bedroom and keeping the existing 14 person table to offer catered events or a small community resturant for residents and the neighbourhood.
